STEP 1
Provide Receipt
Take your purchase receipt to a Senheng outlet or send a video of the appliance to your sales partner.

STEP 2
Initial Check
The sales partner will check the condition of your appliance.

STEP 3
Service Order Creation
The sales partner will create a service order and submit it to our Repair & Service Department (RSD).

STEP 4
Confirmation and Repair
Once confirmed, the appliance will be sent for repair.

STEP 5
Waiting Period
Waiting Period The repair time depends on the availability of spare parts.

STEP 6
Repair Completion
Once the repair is completed: For small items: You will receive a call to pick it up. For big items: The repaired appliance will be delivered back to your house
