🕒 Two Types of Extended Warranty Coverage

1️⃣ Extra 1-Year Warranty

This is our most popular benefit!

When you purchase an eligible product from Senheng as a PlusOne member, you’ll receive an extra 1-year warranty on top of the manufacturer’s original coverage.

That means:

• You get protection for mechanical and electrical defects even after the manufacturer’s warranty ends.

• The coverage continues seamlessly with no gaps or delays between the manufacturer’s warranty and your PlusOne Service Contract.

• Both parts and labour are covered, just like the original warranty.

Example: If your TV comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, your PlusOne coverage extends that to 3 years total.

So you can relax knowing your product is protected for longer at no extra cost!

2️⃣ Replacement Warranty

Some products under the PlusOne® Service Contract are covered by a replacement warranty. If your product is found to be beyond economical repair (BER), Senheng will replace it with a similar item for a small fee.

Here’s how it works:

• If the defect cannot be repaired or the repair cost exceeds the product’s current market value, Senheng will replace it.

• The replacement product may differ slightly in model or value due to technological updates, but it will perform to the same standards.

• Once a replacement is issued, the warranty for the old product ends because you’re now enjoying a brand-new unit!

This ensures that you don’t get stuck with an unfixable item, we’ll get you back up and running quickly and conveniently.

🧾 What’s Covered

The PlusOne Extended Warranty applies to:

• Consumer electronics and home appliances purchased from Senheng.

• Products used for domestic and personal use in Malaysia.

• Items with a valid manufacturer’s warranty in Malaysia.

Coverage includes inherent mechanical and electrical defects, the same types of issues the manufacturer originally protected against.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

While our coverage is extensive, it doesn’t apply to:

• Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect

• Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, etc.)

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Commercial or rental use

• Software or data issues

🧰 How to Make a Claim

If your product needs servicing:

• During manufacturer’s warranty period: Contact the manufacturer or their authorized repairer.

• After manufacturer’s warranty ends (within PlusOne® coverage): Call our Customer Care Line at 6016-299 1398 (Mon–Fri, 9.30am–5.30pm). Our team will guide you to an authorized repairer and handle the rest.

Simply present your PlusOne Membership and Sales Invoice/Receipt through the Senheng app for verification.
